I thought you had to come in third place to be declared the winner.

Cruz supporters constantly reminded us that Trump was a loser despite his strong second place finish. They liked to affix the term LOSER on Trump's forehead.

The reality is that there are many more races to come. NH will help winnow down the field, but the race has just begun. A win by Trump in NH will give him momentum rolling into SC where he is currently ahead in the polls. Ruio has the endorsements of Gowdy and Tim Scott for what that is worth. Graham has endorsed Bush. SC could prove problematic for Cruz if the field remains large.
