Something happened about a month ago and he went to spending his whole show defending Cruz. At first Trump was the victims of his attacks, then it became Rubio. Seems as though anyone who goes after Ted draws his wrath. He never seems to have a problem with Ted (H1Bs, TPA, Corker, Inexperience, etc). It's his show and he can do what he wants with it. But when he goes on the air and says that he hasn't endorsed anyone yet is insulting to anyone listening. I chose to spend my time somewhere else. Look at his Facebook page, its a fawning tribute to Ted.
Levin's standard of living, and ability to make a living, depends on being a professional conservative. Donald Trump is blowing up the political and media classes' stranglehold on the political process. He makes guys like Levin mostly irrelevant because they did not see his rise and had no hand in his success. Perhaps that may explain it. He owes them nothing.
Maybe that’s because Levin agrees with Cruz’s conservative positions and record.
