Trump has, in fact-—and I know this will make you nuts-—DEFINED the issues in this entire campaign. They (including Cruz) did NOT want to talk about illegals, or Islamic immigration, or concealed carry on military bases or any number of other issues Trump (not Cruz) forced into the national debate. Yeah, he is THE debater. Just not like they did at Yale.
