I bet Clinton has Parkinsons disease. One of his hands is trembling. A weak voice is also a sign of Parkinsons disease. I have seen it in my own family. It is a relatively common disease among old people.
Bill’s had heart issues as well.....but these two are more than willing to spend their life, and have, for the lifestyle they’ve chosen...regardless of their health.
