There are 150 businesses in the Nob Hill area that have signed petitions opposing this. Central Avenue is very narrow in this stretch as is and congestion is terrible. Taking two lanes of the four out for a busway will leave no room for trucks delivering food and packages to the restaurants and stores fronting the street, and access to the businesses will be even more difficult.

Do not know where in the world the idea came from. First thought, follow the money.

Hector B. is already running for gov, just hasn’t announced.
