A woman in his audience the other night called Rafael Eduardo Cruz a “pussy” and Trump didn’t quite know what to make of it.
So he rolled it around in his mouth a while—but he didn’t, as the Cruzeros insist from their fainting couches—read from his bullet points, “Oh yeah. And Cruz is a pussy. I almost forgot to get that in there ...”
The general agreement seems to be that the word was intended in the sense of someone who pussyfoots, who will not speak boldly and perhaps, may I add, screams “I’m so offended!” when an insult strikes a nerve.
