As New Hampshire voters headed to the polls Tuesday, Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump downplayed his use of a crude insult the day before.
"It was like a retweet," Trump said during an interview on "Fox & Friends."
"I would never say a word like that," he further insisted.

I simply do not understand the ‘love’ for DT. Make no mistake. I like him and would vote for him if he is the nominee.
However, for years I have been reading on FR that ‘We want a conservative who will stand up for the Constitution’!
Senator Cruz is not only conservative but he is a very strong Constitutional conservative.

Trump has maxed out at 25-30% of the party. He’s nobody’s second choice and about 30% of the party will NEVER vote for him. He will not be president and it’s unlikely he’ll be the nominee. I’m mostly concerned that so many in the conservative movement no fully embraces a filthy reprobate. I really want my kids to live in a decent country. That won’t happen if God’s not on our side, and the conservative movement have been the only political movement to acknowledge God’s role in America. We have no future without a political movement that acknowledges God.
If Jeb does better than expected in NH, he may drag his 90+ year old mom all over other primary states.

Some people want a nations as crude, coarse, and crass as Trump. After all, nothing is more important than insulting others and épater le bourgeois. Even Rush seems to say that now that Democrats have lowered the standard by supporting the vulgar Bill Clinton, a pal of Trump’s when they’re not competing, no one should take exception to Trump’s lowering political discourse to the level of a liberal TV show.
