It’d be funny if that’s how it ends up. Though I’d rather see Bush and Carson swap positions.
What do you want from Bush? At least he did it himself. (There probably wasn’t a servant around to do it for him.)
What people don’t understand is that the early call didn’t just stop the panhandle from voting. It also stopped the Miami vote machine from cranking out extra votes for Gore. The MSM may have thought they were hurting Bush by shutting down the panhandle but the Miami machine thought it had done it’s job and shut down early. That won the state for Bush. I’m thankful every day when I see things the world means for evil and God makes them turn out for good.

Trump won, no need to vote then. Shades of FL in 2000 general election. FAUX strikes again.
I work in IT in Corporate America, and I would lose my job if I cut any corners in making sure code is working in both test and production.
I seem to recall channel flipping all through election night 2000, and Fox declaring Gore the winner with something like 18% of precincts reporting.
Never thought much of their reputation in certain quarters.
