Your question reflects your own values. I would rather be Ted Cruz 1,000 times over than to be Donald Trump! Ted Cruz is not perfect but I have no doubt whatsoever that he knows the source of true happiness, Jesus Christ. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the only way to everlasting life. Having that relationship is vastly more important than the source of Trump’s happiness, his earthly wealth, power and fame.
Many Cruz supporters are religious bigots that try to use God to shame others into submission. A tactic that has been used before by nuts and tyrants. Good luck with that.
