It’s certainly not out of the realm of possibility that some of these posters are paid trolls. Because it’s a known fact that the Russians have people working internet sites like this one, doing the sorts of things we see certain creeps here doing day in and day out. But I think in most cases it’s just people completely ignorant on how the Russians operate. They are probably laughing their rear ends off at how easily they have manipulated the minds of people here. Lenin of course had a name for these simpletons. He referred to them as Russia’s “useful idiots in the West”.
At least it is his suit and nobody bought it for him.

Think sometime posters get caught up in the spirit of a thread and just VENT without taking into consideration how it sounds or will come across.
There are many, should say some, that I had great personal respect for their ability to state their position without the vulgarity we are seeing. They have the ability to do research, investigate and post those positions, yet revert to the crudities in a thread. To me it is sad.
In business, that used to be or was, have seen a company or organization and even churches take on the characteristics of leadership. Think that is what is happening here.
Lets see if we can raise the dialogue again.

I so agree.... We were taught early on in our home growing up that anything not uttered at home was NOT to be said outside the home.
I can honestly say that all eight of us children grew up with decency in what we say to everyone, enemies included.
This thread has really been revealing to me as many Freepers seem to be showing their true upbringing now.

A lot of BS has been said at times. I do not agree with a lot of it. People like Mitt Romney and GW Bush tried to be polite and elevate the discussion, they never attacked or even defended themselves when viciously attacked. It did not do them much good because the opposition is interested only in demonizing our side as they absolutely cannot discuss their ideas honestly. It is probably not all bad to have somebody who can and will respond in kind when attacked instead of just curling up into a little ball under the shrill democrat attacks like civil and polite republicans usually do.

I see posters with a Christian sounding screen name and the posts are rife with ‘stuff’. Have privately asked some about it and a couple have been positive in their reply. Others Bug Off, who cares, etc.
It is will get worse before getting better.

People who would be appalled if their children acted like Trump
are the very people holding him up to be leader of our country.
I would rather have Donald Trump babysit my kids than creepy Ted Cruz.
Severe TDS effecting people posting is entirely possible too. It is probably more likely than a the presence of a plethora of paid, Putin loving, Russian trolls reacting to Trump threads.
