What are We supposed to do when the government becomes illegitimate? What motivation is there to obey the law when the leaders don’t other than getting caught?
I strongly suspect Obama sees his only way out of this is to precipitate a major international or domestic crisis, declare martial law, and never leave power.
There is a massive Constitutional crisis here, as McCarthy indicates. It is not going away by peaceful means unless Obama resigns and takes Hillary and the rest of the criminals with him with many if not most of them going to jail. That is very unlikely. Congress is too frightened and compromised to impeach. There is an impasse here.
One way or another, we are looking at a coup in 2016, not an election.
She never set up a dot.GOV account all her correspondence was on her personal account. So if Obama sent or received any classified information to her he is in violation of law.

Idiotic editorial by Keiler. Obama used approved methods to send and receive (and store) his emails, plus he warned Hillary to use approved methods for her private server.
Thus, Obama is completely protected legally (Hillary is not, as she didn’t use approved classified handling procedures or server software).
That makes the entire editorial a needless crapstorm meant to rile conservatives to no good end.
