Even in the Army, I never am alone with a woman, nor do I counsel junior ranking females in private. Everything I do is in the open and visible by everybody.
The consequences are too serious to be caring for somebodies hurt feelings.
And if they do have hurt feelings, I give them DA Form IMT WF1.

No argument, but the problem is the presumption of guilt on the part of men. Unless there is other evidence, a he said/she said should be inconclusive.
If jaywalking were suddenly declared a felony, we shouldn't be talking about how to avoid jaywalking. We should question why it's a felony.
If guys keep their zipper closed, there's no problems. But if they're young and stupid and don't, it shouldn't ruin their life if their partner changes her mind after the fact.
