After he literally turned Jimmy Johnson off and he left as the Dallas coach.. it's been downhill since then because Jones is constantly meddling in areas where he should keep his hand off.
The results of his persona and their effect is that "Not able to win" chemistry that he's been so good at creating since Johnson's departure.
