That is precisely what Ms Pantsuit did!
From what I have heard from the information that has come out so far, Hillary may have received some emails on her server that were later claimed to have contained classified information. But unlike Petraeus she has not so far been accused of knowingly turning over top secret information to someone without a security clearance and then lying to the FBI about it.
