Yeah Ben, over the years Turkey and Russia have had their problems BUT
now NATO enters the discussion.
An attack on one NATO member is an attack on them all.

But an attack BY one, is not necessarily an attack by all.

NATO members do not have the authority to unilaterally commit NATO to offensive operations.
