I hope people vote absentee only in urgent situations. Very, very often absentee ballots are not counted — at least that used to be the case. They’d set them aside and pull them to be counted only if the outcome was close and those ballots might change the outcome. Of course, the ballots are just sitting out there subject to who-knows-what, and vulnerable to tampering (or disappearing) if the wrong people are involved.

I started seeing the cracks in the Cruz façade when he wouldn’t say anything about illegal immigration for months during the campaign. I switched to Trump, figuring Cruz couldn’t trusted. I did figure that out ;)
Hubby thinks Cruz decided long ago he wanted to be President, and everything he’s done has been a calculated act.
When Cruz came out with a proposed HUGE increase in H-1B visas, he proved that he didn’t care a rats butt about American jobs. Anyone who supported him after that is either naive, or a Rovian “suspect”.
You have been on board for Trump for a long time, so you weren’t fooled either. The only times Cruz goes conservative is when it doesn’t matter, or when it stands no chance of success. TPA, H-1B insanity, and Corker prove it
