You say he was mechanic’n the vee-hicle; perhaps something happened to brakes or steering linkage/assembly.
We had a single vehicle injury accident on post this weekend; turned out to be a medical event with the driver.
It can be hard to tell what causes an accident if you only see it in passing...
I run by there every day and I will be damned if I can figger it out.

The funnyer bit is the VFW across the street had a piece of plywood shaped like a tall purple mushroom and it just had an arrwo pointing out back down the alley
For months I was like WTF? Purple nurpels in the back??
Finally they spelled out that they was selling snow cones round back in the dead of winter
