True, but Dr. Koop’s statement was made earlier than Reagan’s address.
However, I don’t blame Reagan for not knowing. Who can know everything?
I would like to see people stop quoting Reagan when they obviously never heard of Reagan’s stance that he did NOT have the THREE exceptions that Christie and Trump have.
Jeb, also has those three exceptions, but at least he did not inaccurately quote Reagan (as far as I know).
I don’t know if any other of the candidates have the exceptions besides Christie, Trump and Jeb.
