Yes, we could easily get an Israeli fence/wall from the Pacific to El Paso, but once you
come to Texas it will not be that easy taking their lands and cutting their cows off from water.

The other major factor is the recognized border along most of the Rio Grande is the middle
of the river. A wall/fence will be built in some semblance of a straight line rather than a
meandering line following the crooks/turns of the river. A wall can be built but will
take some time. JMO.
