Where does the oil going through the Keystone pipe line end up?
Filling stations, (for profit), export (for profit), heating oil (for profit)....
So tell me why profit from Keystone is godly where profit from a nice apartment or subdivision is the work of the devil.

Eminent domain needs a public purpose for it to pass constitutional muster.
Utilities ( including energy ) roads, bridges, all qualify.
Parking lot at the Donald’s casino does not.
