I am not agreeing with it, but right nowTrump’s position is same as SCOTUS post Kelo. It was also a somewhat hypocritical answer from JEB!. As pointed out on another thread his brother was part to a group that used Eminent Domain to acquire land from hundreds of property owners to build the ball park at Arlington for the Rangers.
