Rush trying to undue the damage he has done with the ocasional shill for Marco but he’s really all in for teddy the cruzer. He’s very slick at doing it as well. One day he pushed for Cruz for a while than purposely changed topics that went back to cruz. A slick “change the venue” trick used by some.
Rush isn’t fooling anyone with his pro cruz schtick. What he is doing is insulting his audience and probably losing half of it. All he needs to do is be honest and endorse cruz and that would be okay. He’s losing/lost his credibility.........
But Rush never endorses anyone in the primary (so he and others say) - he does it but in a stealth manner.
I hear different preferences from Rush than all of you. He loves Cruz and Trump, likes several of the others, and has good things to say about all of them. His defense of Rubio was warranted, given the attacks he was taking at the time, and it is possible he’s our nominee. ..clearly not his first choice.
IMHO, Rush sees Cruz as the smartest, most articulate, plenty conservative and proud of it, with no question about judicial appointments. I agree. He loves Trump for his aggressiveness especially with the media, lack of PC, and positions on most issues. He’d love either one.
