When Trump got his formal allotment of time, he again mocked Bush for supposedly trying to look like a "tough guy."
"He wants to be a tough guy ... and it doesn't work very well with him," Trump said.
It was then Bush's turn to interrupt. Bush asked how "tough" it was to try and take property from an elderly woman. Trump then shushed him.
"Let me talk. Let me talk. Quiet," he said.
The audience loudly booed Trump, driving the back-and-forth off the rails. Trump said audience members were all members of the Republican establishment.
"That's all of his donors and special interests out there," Trump said of the people booing him. "That's what it is. And by the way, let me just tell you: We needed tickets. You can't get them. You know who has the tickets? ... Donors, special interests, the people that are putting up the money. That's who it is."
The booing continued. Trump said he was self-funding his campaign, so Republican donors weren't a fan of his candidacy.
"The reason they're not loving me is I don't want their money. I'm going to do the right thing for the American public," Trump said.

Never heard anything substantial come out of his mouth.
He behaves like a spoiled brat.>>>
how about we need to make America great again.
or we need to help our vets these might be a cliche but they are substantial and his policy statements are for the wonks are spot on. The speeches are pep rallies. did you read his policy papers.
or how about his meticulous dissertation on why the cost of college is so high. it’s the same rhetoric out of any cato/free market think tank. difference he actually knows why.
BEARS REPEATING AND OFTEN.Thank you.
You know it.Hes a slimeball and nothing more.
Agreed.
We need a President with huge brass ones to get our country out of the mess it’s in.
He might be brash or rude or whatever the haters want to call him but he will get things done.
He can’t take an audience that doesn’t cheer his every word?
Very macho of him.
He may be tweeting as we speak.
If you think brashness and rudeness will get things done as President then maybe Trump can do it.
I think he will lose interest when it starts being work and when some people say mean things about him.
How brave is it to attack an audience?
If the audience was nothing but donors they had it coming.
Yes at this point we are circling the drain. You can’t get too rude. Some other Freeper said a week or so ago we need a head ripper in the Whitehouse and I could not agree more.
Big brass ones? What does that even mean?
He’s brave enough to attack an audience that cannot get to him in any way, shape or form?
Well, that’s macho all righty.
It was nothing but a petulant little fit against people who didn’t cheer him.
What was brave about it?
Both said Trump was right. The audience was not at all reflective of the voting public at large.
After the coverage ended on that station, I flipped to Fox, and was immediately reminded of why I drifted away from them.
They were in full damage control mode for Rubio. It was a small moment, shouldn't impact the trajectory of the race, what a strong comeback after a bit of a stumble off the top, etc. etc. Interestingly, only Krauthammer believed the episode was disastrous.
The audience were birds of a feather.
It looked bad, especially when compared to how Cruz so bravely stood up and defended the slams he had made about Trump on the campaign trail... nuking Denmark and so forth.
Oh, wait. He didn't do that at all. He completely dodged the direct question, like a little girl.
By the way, your boy has been called a flat out liar on CNN for his response to the Carson flap.
Interesting that their damage control was to downplay it.
The ABC radio commentators basically ignored it and focused instead on saying Trump was finished, as reflected by the booing. What dishonesty!
I believe it was a good thing that he exposed the audience like that.
Too many people(out there in voterland-not on this forum)think everything is just a coincidence and that all this stuff is on the up and up.
It’s strange to me how when he reveals what’s behind the curtain that he is accused of throwing a tantrum or being unstable.
Such accusations are a classic maneuver of people who don’t want to be exposed like that.
Yes !
