Heidi Cruz is also member of the globalist New World Order, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and is a former Director for the Western Hemisphere on President Bush's National Security Council.
The CFR goal of globalization is to limit and abolish nationalities and create a global community? Read the Mission Statement on its website. They would necessarily have to limit, dilute and dissolve our Constitution to achieve this. It is not be hard to connect the dots.
