Then you live in a fantasy world. Eminent domain has existed since the very beginning of our country. It was addressed in the Bill of Rights in various ways.

I’m really curious how President Cruz is going to build 1,000 miles of border wall without ED.

A wall on the border would be for a public purpose, so it would be constiturional.

make mehico pay for it. Have hiring set-aside targets for guys (and horses) named Ed.

That will bring in support from the labor unions and animal lovers to help defray the political expense of needing to take some people's land from them along the border while channeling a little bit of Trump and little bit of Democrat party, just enough that everyone can be happy with how unhappy they are.

Govern from the center. 'Tis best

Any more probing questions, feel free.

First I would say that you have no clue what ED is really about; it’s about the public taking of private land for public use. Trump is for private taking for private use which is communist.

Second, I would not doubt that most of the land owners along the border would DONATE a portion of their land for the wall to stop the destruction and damage they’re enduring without it.
