Gallup: Jeb Bush Only Republican Candidate With Net Unfavorable Rating
Breitbart.com ^ | 6 Feb 2016 | Charlie Spiering

A recent survey from Gallup shows that Jeb Bush is the only candidate with a net unfavorable rating — even after he’s aired millions of dollars of ads to promote his candidacy.

Since July, Bush’s net favorable rating has gone from 27 points in to negative one point, according to the survey of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents.

That’s even lower than Donald Trump, widely considered to be the most controversial candidate in the Republican field.

Forty-five percent of voters have an unfavorable view of Bush, ten points more than Trump. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has the lowest unfavorable ratings with 16 percent.

The Right to Rise Super PAC backing Bush raised more than $100 million last year and has spent about $60 million on ads so far tearing down Bush’s opponents and promoting Bush – but with little to show for it.

That was one of many things that soured me on W.
He just would not fight back.
Yeb! is even weaker.
Got to have his mommy come so people will applaud and he won’t have to beg them.
Sad.

I don't understand why Cruzers are so intent on crushing him.

No love among Cubans?

Rubio wants to give the Democrats a permanent majority with amnesty.
Nothing could be worse.
Yeb! and Kasuck do, too.
We MUST elect a President who WILL restore the rule of law or we lose the country.
None of the other issues conservatives care about will amount to a hill of beans once we legalize 30 million new Democrat voters.

The name is toxic.

I have said the same thing back when Jeb's running was only a rumor.

Obama ran against the Bush name and won -- twice. Both current Dem candidates have indicated they, too, will us the Bush name as the nemesis they are running against.

I posted in another thread a few weeks ago about the polls in Texas and Jeb barely even showing. Both land commish son and former gov bro are not helping Jeb's numbers in Texas, where Cruz is way ahead of the rest of the pack.

P is likely seeing his future chances at the presidency diminishing. Of course, he is likely to run for gov as his next stepping stone.

It IS his name. GHWB lost his 2nd term to Clinton. GWB barely won his 1st term against Gore and nearly lost his 2nd term to Kerry. Even so, GW was greatly the cause of Obama getting elected.

That Jeb is open borders and amnesty for everyone does not help. But, then, most of those running are also for open borders and amnesty.

Nearly lost his 2nd term to Kerry? Dubya women comfortably although it wasn’t a landslide.

Rubio will SAY anything to get elected.

His speeches in English do not always promise the same things that his speeches in Spanish do.

English -- opposes amnesty.

Spanish -- amnesty is one of his top priorities. He has even said he would not overturn the Obama EO's granting amnesty.

I think the epilogue on Jeb’s campaign will be summed up by asking of the crowd to clap. He was an utter failure as a POTUS candidate.

Jeb loses, P gets his shot in 20 years from now. But he gotta be charismatic. I think everyone underestimated Dubya’s political skills.

Jeb doesn't get it. Not everyone is suited to be President and there's nothing wrong with that. Jeb is better off working for Heritage.

By the way, I don't hate Jeb unlike everyone in here who caught the dreaded anti-Bush virus from Democratic Underground.

That’s a comfortable margin. Not razor thin. Not sure what you were trying to say in your earlier post.
