I see from your homepage that your from Georgia.
I'm a guy from the Seattle area but some of my best times EVER was when I was stationed at Fort Gordon, Ga for 6 months back in 1969-70.
What a beautiful area. And lovely southern Belles too!
I remember this song coming out in January of 1970 while stationed there and it always reminds me of my wonderful time there.
I was at Ft. Gordon at about that same time.
Did they have the full-scale mock-up vietnamese village when you were there?
