Bllcrp. Turkey will never kick in 5 billion. They will try to get others to fund this Gaza seaport such as those European pussy nations that have been welcoming in Muslim "refugee" invaders. After all the years of liberal European nations and NGOs ragging on Israel and making things difficult for Israel to fend off rabid Muslims...... with the current Muslim invasion of Germany, Sweden etc we now know they were never entitled to any respect. Israel is allowing Turkey to survey and study the seaport site but will never allow it to be built. Partly because it will be too close to Israel offshore oil and gas projects. Partly because weaponry will be smuggled in.
