I don’t believe Cruz can use Rush’s words in an ad, bad judgement, misleading, phony, deceitful, oh, I guess this is SOP for Cruz.
That’s what I would think - these aren’t words from someone at a public event, they’re words taken from Limbaugh’s (copyrighted) radio show. Does Cruz even have the legal right to use these clips without Limbaugh’s permission - or has Limbaugh GIVEN him permission?
