You know what the do to child molesters up there? The KEELhaul them at night. They had a murder investigation at the atomflot docks a few years ago. Guy was cut to pieces and disfigured. he was keel-hauled on a freighter and had to use fingerprints to find out who he was. Not much mob activity up there, some, but not endemic. Anyways, they found out who it was, a child molester. Investigation dropped. Cops weren’t interested in finding out ANY answers.
