True Confessions: Much like Mallomars lovers, I hoard Trader Joe’s lightly salted pumpkin seeds—Seriously, I buy a case of them each spring and store them in my basement.

They are only available at certain times of year, and then they aren’t and become impossible to buy until after Halloween at which time the pumpkins have been harvested and seeds processed :)
