When my mother passed, she willed me her recipe book, which contains almost a century’s worth of recipes from both the Neapolitan and Sicilian sides of the family. I translated it into a Word document and sent it to family members.

That's GREAT !

I have my grandmother's hand written recipes ( though sadly a LOT of the Hungarian dishes are not written anywhere ) and her cook books. She was married in 1916, so now my books are 100 years old or a year or so less. LOL
