Geraldo was just on FNC with Jenna (I actually think she and Jon Scott do a good job - always remember his reporting when 9-11 was happening).
They were talking about heroin - especially in NH. They showed Cruz and Geraldo mentioned that Cruz has been talking about it and what a huge thing it is in NH. I’ll preface this with I was flipping channels so they may have mentioned Trump, but I never heard it. Trump has been talking about it for weeks if not months!!! What I heard, they never once mentioned Trump - said Cruz had a half sister that died from it, Bush’s daughter with her drug issues, and Christie had a college friend that died. Trump gave at least one example of a friend or child of a friend in some of his speeches.
Geraldo then mentioned that the drugs were coming across the border from Mexico and talked about El Chappo being a billionaire with money acquired from drugs. Again, while I didn’t hear the entire conversation, it wouldn’t surprise me if they (Geraldo) did not mention Trump. Trump has been talking about drugs coming across the border for months! I can see him - we’re going to build a wall, not what they have now where they build a ramp on it (as he motions with his hands) and drive the trucks and Jeeps right across - we get the drugs and they get the money. In fact, he just said this in one of his speeches again yesterday. As has been stated on this thread - many of watch so many of his speeches, we have some, if not key phrases and topics memorized. Sorry for venting - vent off.
Can’t wait for the SC rally tonight - was looking forward to the one that was supposed to start shortly - will catch more over the weekend I’m sure.
A C talked with DT last night about his brothers death from alcohol and D even mentioned that drugs weren’t as common but if they had been his brothers addictive behavior would have included them. He stated that the knowledge he received from his brother helped him choose NO alcohol NO Cigarettes and NO drugs. He said we needed treatment but emphasized the need to stop addiction by not partaking in the first place. The lady behind him nodded her head in agreement !
Trump was one of the first to campaign in the NE. He’s mentioned the drug problem right from the start.
