U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch thanked the prosecutor in the Michael Brown case for saying police officers in Missouri are "substandard," "lazy" and "incompetent."

Just goes to prove being a lowlife has nothing to do with job status or money in the bank... a person can be both a lowlife and an Attorney General. Amazing.
