I think the real story is Rubio’s friendship with Angel Barrios. They were supposedly roommates. There are stories about Angel out there that have nothing to do with Rubio. But we need to know if they continued their friendship. If the stories about Angel are true, Rubio may be in trouble for poor judgement on picking friends.

I recall reading here on FR a couple of weeks ago that Rubio and two guys were nabbed by cops for being in a Miami park after closing hours and drinking beer. The park was known for being a hangout for gay activity and pick-ups.
