What Mr. GG2 heard a little while ago on the truck radio was that the Iowa election officials had determined that sending out the false meme to all the precincts about Carson dropping out was a violation of election law. Highly unlikely. The Caucuses are an intra-party affair, not a state-administered or governed election.
