And HOW did that work out??? You made my point. Cruz picked his pal, pure and simple. Cruz is the reason we are stuck with Obamacare regardless of all that spew he wasted all our time with in the Senate, where he NEVER accomplished one thing!
It worked out great. Cruz was recruiting Roberts for the Bush v. Gore case in 2000, and they won. Cruz did NOT recruit Roberts for SCOTUS.
