LOL, Cruz was caught outright - lying and intimidating. Yet you think that is fine, and instead like a child, say it’s the other guy.

While the caucuses were going on, Trump just sat in his seat, letting the process happen. Cruz, however, had his people lie about other candidates plus threaten people to show up.

Big difference in character. Especially from the one that pretends to be a holier-than-thou politician.

I’m quite serious. As a reminder, this is what Theo said:

“(If you trash Cruz, you are in essence trashing the founder of Free Republic.)”

Now, we should be able to discuss a candidate for president’s shortcomings without calling it “trashing”.

We should also be able to do it without some thin-skinned crybaby thinking that it “trashes” them.

Jim Robinson has proven again and again that he is not a think-skinned crybaby.

With that said, Theo’s comment was stupid and quite presumptive.

I too would LOVE to see a President Cruz setting things straight. I really, really would and I have said so many times in the past 6 months! But, I know that he cannot win against the Democrat/Media machine. Because of this, there is no chance for President Cruz to fix anything in 2017-2020.

Beating Hillary is Job #1, followed by returning to a world of sanity where enemies fear us and allies trust us and everyone in between respects us. Most of all, we need that WALL without any amnesty or DREAMer work-arounds.

All you had to do is this: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3392537/posts?page=47#47

and we would have been dutifully informed. I used to work for an editor and he had the same short fuse.

You’re sarcastic, right? Must be, because Freepers do that ALL THE TIME and mostly out of ignorance or accident. Was this posting something more nefarious?

Must be, if Ted Cruz is involved! /sarcasm

Thanks for the free legal advice. Let the action begin!

In the last two years, the courts have awarded me (the plaintiff) just under $25 million in settlements. Odd that a legal maven such as yourself would somehow miss the “(hypothetical)” annotation to my post.

Good luck, Pilgrim...

I believe it is a lie. Why would you go from being paid to volunteering? Especially after the story broke today that Cruz has more money than the RNC! If it’s not a lie then they are the dumbest campaign workers I’ve ever heard of. Unless of course they’re still being paid by someone else other than Cruz.

You are calling me a troll? Cruz was going to ignore the issue . It was out of everyone’s radar until Trump. I would also like to add just because people support Trump, they are not trolls. Although I would vote for Cruz if he were the nominee, there is something about him that makes me concerned. I don’t think he is who he says he is.

Concerned, that is the function of a concern troll.

There is absolutely nothing about Cruz to be concerned about, except the propensity of trolls to mount false attacks against him.

That is exactly what a PAC is all about.

They are likely volunteering until a new pac is formed.

Falsely inserted hypotheticals offer little to no protection in a court.

I think you need to brush up on US law: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_figure

1. Senator Cruz IS a PUBLIC FIGURE
2. Absent MALICE
3. Post contained a CAVEAT
4. No judge in the US would take this case
