Cruz is in Texas and has done nothing for decades about the border and illegals.
Trump was a rich guy in New York and even he was writing in his book about the border and trashing Rubio from day 1. Cruz was palling around with Rubio because Fox News were trying to work out who was prom queen out of Rubio, Rand and Cruz in 2013.

How can anyone support this buffoon? Get him off the stage. Somebody get a hook.
I don’t think so. He’d be Borked by Democrats though and they’d need to supply a few votes.
He’s doing that to cut lying Ted off at the knees. For the past week lying Ted has been telling anyone that’ll listen that Trump wants to expand ObamaCare, is pro-abortion, and is soft on illegals and wants to grant amnesty to all of them. He has also said that Trump is having a “melt-down” because he GUARANTEED that he would win Iowa, which is another flat-out lie. Trump never led in Iowa up to a couple weeks ago and never GUARANTEED he would win. The melt-down is coming from lying Ted because he knows he’s about to get his bell rung in NH.
It was well known all over Washington what Roberts was and George W. Bush didn’t give a damn. He also had a grand total of two years on the bench when RINO Bush made him not only a justice but CHIEF JUSTICE! And no one said a damn thing about him not having any record at all that people could base his qualifications on. They all trusted RINO Bush. The only case of note on Roberts was him representing two homosexuals PRO BONO before the Supreme Court. But did Bush care? Not in the least. Roberts well turn out to be just as bad as Souter and Kennedy and there’s no getting rid of the SOB.
