Conservatives in Paul Ryan's district: If he makes it through his primary, vote for somebody else!!

Posted on 02/03/2016 4:12:30 PM PST by cotton1706

The time has come for desperate measures against the Oligarchy.

We must continue to remove the heads of the republican establishment until they begin to listen to the American people.

Eric Cantor has been removed. John Boehner has been removed. Kevin McCarthy has been prevented. And there are already rumblings of a primary challenge to Speaker Paul Ryan!

Primary elections in the State of Wisconsin will be held on August 9, 2016.

We have between now and then to find a candidate, fund him or her, and propel them to victory over Ryan.

However, we know the Establishment and its donors will go all out to protect Ryan, as they did for Mitch McConnell, who is now safely ensconced in the Senate Majority Leader position.

The Establishment will work to destroy anyone who dares to run against Ryan in a primary. And then they will say "too bad, republicans, it's Ryan or the democrat."

The Establishment can protect Paul Ryan from conservatives in a primary, but they cannot protect Paul Ryan from conservatives in a general election!

Conservatives in Paul Ryan's district should be prepared to vote against him should he make it to the November ballot, either by withholding their votes or by voting for some other candidate, even the democrat, to weaken or defeat him.

Let us remember how loyal the Establishment has been to the Republican Party. Remember John Warner endorsing Tim Kaine, or Richard Lugar endorsing Michelle Nunn, or Dede Scozzafava endorsing Bill Owens, or Bill Bolling endorsing Terry McCauliffe. Remember the republican legislators who endorsed Sam Brownback's democrat opponent in Kansas and remember the Establishment donors who said that they would vote for Hillary if Trump or Cruz is the Republican nominee. Let us remember all these things as we remove Paul Ryan from office!

It worked on Lee Terry in Nebraska. Now the RINOs in Nebraska aren’t as terrible as other states.

I wonder if the Montana and North Dakota RINOs who lost narrowly would have pushed through sensible amnesty if McConnell had become majority leader in 2013.

U.S. House, Nebraska District 2 General Election, 2014
Party Candidate Vote % Votes
Democratic Brad Ashford 49% 83,872
Republican Lee Terry 45.7% 78,157
Libertarian Steven Laird 5.3% 9,021

80% of Montana voted for LR121 and no GOPer statewide even mentioned immigration.

General Election
U.S. Senate, Montana General Election, 2012
Party Candidate Vote % Votes
Democratic Jon Tester Incumbent 48.6% 236,123
Republican Denny Rehberg 44.9% 218,051
Libertarian Dan Cox 6.6% 31,892
Total Votes 486,066

Ryan the “Puke” needs to go. Better a Demonrat freshman senator than this back-stabbing, surrender-monkey.

If he wins his primary true patriots will vote for anyone else. It’s better to have your enemy in the other camp instead of stalking around Republican events and the Senate whispering lies and discouragement in the ears of wavering patriots.

“I wonder if the Montana and North Dakota RINOs who lost narrowly would have pushed through sensible amnesty if McConnell had become majority leader in 2013.”

That’s exactly what they planned on doing, but conservatives stayed home and Romney and all their worthless RINO candidates went down in flames.

And they will NEVER forgive conservatives for that! It’s been open vengeance against conservatives since!

I agree. The only way to get rid of the gopE is to allow it to die by not supporting it. Let the rats have it all. They already get everything they want anyway. Once the gopE is dead a real conservative party can take out the democrats.

And with a bit of luck we'll retire John McCain this year. We tried last time but he flooded the airwaves with negatives about his primary opponent.

Vote for Kelly Ward to replace John McCain

Come join the fight.

That parasite has never worked in the private sector. He’s been sucking the government teat since he left college.

And we’re supposed to believe he is some kind of economic guru.
