We had one election. Not single delegate has been selected, not a single delegate.......what does he mean by that comment? Cruz got 8, Trump 7 he got 1 delegate?

Either he’s thinking of the very weird way IA used to choose its delegates (Santorum won last time, but got zero delegates!), or he may be referring to the fact that while we know how MANY he is going to get, they won’t be named until May.
