Your problem is that there are just as many opposite findings and interpretations on this. It’s a controversy and needs to be resolved. I for one think that Cruz is eligible to be president but it’s a problem for him and I think he should resolve it in court.

Cruz is nominated. Clinton is nominated.

Cruz is found ineligible. Clinton is indicted.

Obama remains in office during the “emergency”.

The issue demands immediate resolution.
