Prosecutors at the Justice Department and managers in Hillarys presidential campaign tell ED KLEIN CONFIDENTIAL that the FBI has zeroed in on three people in Hillary's inner circle.
These three — Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan — have been notified by the FBI that they should prepare to testify under oath about their involvement in the handling of classified national security secrets on Hillary's homebrew email system

I don’t know if it is 10th or 30th story. But they are starting to get a little redundant.
We have been hearing and reading how “Hillary is felling the heat” or the “Bern” or the hot breath of justice for what?, 30 years and at least one a week for the past four years.
If the RNC or the GOPe are thinking her indictment is what they need to win in November, they need to start planning on 2024. Because she ain’t going nowhere except maybe 1600 Pennsylvania.
No Virginia, I do not think any of the current crop can beat her. And I for sure do not think the Obama Just-us Dept. is going to indict her.

Yes, you can be charged with making false statements to a federal agent, but that still isn’t a testimony under oath.
I'm not sure of the statute that vests FBI agents with the authority, but certainly as an MP officer, I had the authority to administer an oath and take sworn statements, even from civilians not subject to the UCMJ as long as it was in connection with an incident that occurred on the installation.

Sullivan and Mills are Clinton staffers so they can lie just like their boss.

Problem: DOJ, under Holder/Lynch (yes Holder’s shadow is still there) will NOT convene a grand jury to get indictments, or if they do, Lynch can quash the indictments just as Janet Reno did to the Mafia/LIUNA indictments of the mid-1990’s.

At any time anyone has the right to plead the fifth amendment. They will do exactly that.

Hope it’s a Fed. grand jury - I believe that when testifying before a grand jury, one is on their own and raw naked - no personal attorneys can be present.
