"Will a grand jury be empaneled by the Justice Department?"

That just triggered a thought. They might... and then the 'prosecutor' would do such a lame job of presenting evidence that they fail to return an indictment... which would still be sufficient for the media to declare that there's 'nothing here' and do a de facto exoneration of her Hillaryness.

That is probably in the plan. After all, the prosecutor can control and minimize the discovery process so nothing gets out.

Did Cantor change during that time frame?

I have to wonder if Cantor was compromised? Coerced? Maybe under such conditions he wanted to escape politics, but they compelled him to stay a few years longer?
