Facts on the ground.

If Ted looked more like Tom Cruz(Not a cross between Tricky Dick and Quentin Tarantino), had a deeper voice, was a half a foot taller, didn't play with snakes, and wasn't a Canadian.....Then I say he'd make a good back up to Trump.

Good luck overcoming those obstacles. lol

.. Pandered to Evangelicals
Are you kidding? He stood up to ethanol and won. Pandering? He had a good ground game (you do know the 12,000 out of state volunteers were not paid)? Betcha DT wished he had had one. Betcha he may be rethinking his trashing of conservatives ... Wait til you see NH anti Trump ads.

No worries. Rubio is a fast learner. He learned a lot yesterday from Ted.

Actually, I think Ted would have won by a lot wider margin if it wasn’t for Fox News, Drudge, and all the other establishment and/or Trumpian media who dog-piled Ted Cruz. This caused some of his half-committed/weak-minded supporters to peal off and go to Rubio and Trump, but mostly Rubio.

“No more ‘amazing’ then Trumpophiles running around screaming ‘The Cruz Iowa win means nothing!’”

Because it DOESN’T mean anything, as Iowa results have proven out for decades.

At least we can show that. Cruz people have to pump-up a one delegate lead after all of that effort, as some sort of sign from God that it’s all in the bag.

At this point I fully expect Cruz to pull all of his ads, and send the staff home. Dont need to waste money when you have it wrapped-up.

I wonder what vote Cruz stole from him?

Yay Cruz!!! To all the sTrumpets...don’t fret; all Trump has to do is repeat the claim he made last year that he thinks Oprah Winfrey would make a fabulous vice president and he will be back on top in no time (What? Oh no, my bad, he was just “joking” about Winfrey???). Bwahahahahaha.

How did it work out for Huckabee in 2008 & Santorum in 2012?

By targeting evangelicals aka Christians.....

Big deal..we all know there are none such like in NH, SC or any other state.......Nope not a one/s

Guess they are all centered in IOWA, at least that is what seems to be the consensus, hard to overcome those numbers/s

“.. Pandered to Evangelicals
Are you kidding?”

Nope. That’s how Huck, and Santorum got their wins that propelled them to....going home.

And “DT” walked out of there with nearly the same number of delegates, and didnt have to do 1/1000th of the work.

Betcha Cruz wished he could have done that to, instead of having to be the pseudo 3rd Senator from Iowa for almost a year. and spend millions of bucks on that result.

what makes you think I’m expecting Cruz to win NH?

It would be nice, but all I expect is a solid effort.

Walked away with more one more delegate than the guys that spent a fraction of the time and money.

Is this what you meant to say? Delegate count is 8 Cruz, 7 Trump, 7 Rubio. I don't really get all the crowing about Cruz coming in first place over 1 delegate.

He’s not eligible ya ignorant wretch. Jeeeez

If Cruz is not eligible, where does that leave Rubio? Why is no one talking about that?

Don’t use this thread as a reason to be an insufferable tool. Yea Cruz won last night, congrats, he did well. But its the first 2 minutes of the game and you guys are up 3-0. I wouldn’t begin to woof until after Super Tuesday. Be a gracious winner, in life and in politics, regardless if your opponent irritated you.
