Neil Young - love his music - is such a sad joke.
Lives the high life in private jets and Los Angeles mansion while making occasional appearances as a “Canadian” to shut down Oil Sands operations.
I used to spend thousands of dollars on tickets when CSNY came to town... Now I regret every cent.
Tired, bitter, hypocrite fools.

I've never understood the law on this. As long as music is not used for commercial purposes, how can a performer prohibit someone from playing their music if the music was purchased through normal channels? Say it's my birthday or wedding and I want to play a CD of Adele's music that I purchased - can she say I can't play it if she doesn't like me?
And how is this different from a Christian baker refusing to bake a cake for an event (gay wedding) that they object to? Why can Adele do this, but a Christian baker can't?

She has no say as long as Trump pays royalties to ASCAP or BMI.

The Secret Service uses a Chevy Suburban to transport Trump to his Events. The Vehicle was purchased from GM.
I guess a GM Stockholder can protest that too. Same goes for a Boeing Stockholder that is upset that Trump uses a 757.
Oops, I forgot Musicians are special. They can tell you what to do with their Music AFTER YOU PAY FOR IT.

There are stories like this in every election cycle.
The truth is, as long as Trump pays the licensing fee, there is not a damn thing Adele can do about Trump using her music at his rallies.
Sure, she can look like a sore loser by complaining, but her complaints have no force of law. She just looks like a whiner.

Mike Huckabee also shared a cover of Adele's "Hello" on Twitter and YouTube, but the audio since has been muted as a result of a claim from the copyright holder. I wouldn't blame Adele one bit for suing Huckabee for this.

What the heck was the Huckabee campaign thinking? It looks more like something SNL would use as a parody to make fun of him.
