The Caucus starts at 7:00pm central (8:00pm eastern). In 2012 some results started trickling out about 8:30pm central. So 9:30-10:00pm eastern at the earliest.
This year is a whole new ballgame. The precincts will all be reporting electronically via phone, tablets, and computers. The whole system has been set up and tested by Microsoft.
