The story is that the Cruz supporters would show up early, take up the space in the lines, take their time filing in, then - promptly at 7PM - they’d shut the doors on anyone who was behind them. Leaving thousands in the parking lot.
I’m chalking this up to the rumor mill.
Of course, I have no idea how the Iowa caucus’ work. The article says that the doors must shut at 7PM and anyone outside would be shut out.
I’m hearing from Iowans now that this is NOT how this works.
Totally ridiculous, THE Jeb voter at each caucus place will lock everyone else out and Jeb will win by a single vote at each polling place. It will be a landslide. ;-)
