Was bedeutet “hate speech”?
To properly understand, we have to go back to the Nazi applications of what would today be called “hate speech”, i.e., the propaganda used against the “Untermensch”, the sub-humans into which they collectively put all “non-Aryan” people.
Now, there are certainly some parts of the oligarchy that wish to put the American “untermensch” into some racially divided box, and they succeeded for years in convincing a goodly part of the electorate, that it was somehow “Bush’s fault”.
But when the oligarchy has control of information distribution, the also control the language, and what is actually only an accurate description of failure or malfeasance, is made out to be an attack, not merely on the on the specifics of the policy, but on the person who instituted it, and everybody that supported it, long after the deficiencies of that particular policy were there for all to see.
But failure needs to be called out and exposed, regardless of the status of the inept and incompetent authors of that mischief.
