My hubby and I listened to Quinn’s Friday show and he played Ben Carson’s closing remarks which included the preamble to the constitution. I noticed he said the “benefits” of liberty and not the blessings of liberty. I thought that was odd particularly for a Christian and a very well educated and intelligent man. Did anyone else notice?
Morning kmom! I downloaded Quinn’s Friday show and will go back and listen. Heard Dr Carson reciting the preamble but didn’t catch that! Shame on ME!!! I even have a copy of the Constitution with me all the time!
Giant Eagle has the freshest Paczki around here. I haven’t tried making them myself. I make the Pascha Bread every year.

AM the PINE 64 looks great! I might get one too but it wouldn’t run windows yet...sigh. It would be perfect for getting my weather station off of mrs p6’s laptop.
I do have a R-Pi with a Linux distro but it seems to have burned out.
So It’s Iowa today! There were wx warnings earlier, that might keep turnout low. Then again it’s Iowa. Flat, they are probably used to snow.
BOY are the predictions Quinn is reading for after a republican is elected SPOT ON! Overnight employment will go up up 20%, attacks on the us will go up and be blamed on immigration policy, on and on!

The only reason I know the preamble that well is because we started it with my son using that Schoolhouse Rock song ! It may not be a big deal but I just wondered why one would use benefits instead of blessings .

Hey, I pre-ordered a 2 gig pine64... the linux .. Ubuntu is working... I don’t have a 4k TV or monitor.. yet.. It looks like it might be a blast to have... :)
